Do you help with AI for diagnosis or treatment?
No. We work only on administration. AI that supports diagnosis or treatment can fall under medical device rules and the AI Act’s high-risk category.
Can we use ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot with patient data?
Not the free consumer versions. Business plans with a data processing agreement help, but a DPIA is likely needed first. Check with your DPO or legal advisor.
Will patients talk to a chatbot instead of our staff?
Only if you want it, and only for practical topics like hours and bookings. Patients should always know it is AI and reach a person easily.
How quickly will we see results?
Reply drafts for appointments and messages often show time savings within a few weeks of a pilot. Data protection checks come first, so plan extra time.
